Kontiki presents the Vifah Snapping Deck Tile collection. Quickly build any unique outdoor living space by simply snapping the deck tiles together with no nails or glue. Snapping Deck Tiles (sometimes referred as Interlocking Deck Tiles) are an innovative product designed to be used by anyone from a beginning do-it-yourselfer to builders looking for a beautiful, easy to install wood deck. Interlocking wood deck tiles instantly provide a solid hardwood deck surface on patios, balconies, roof tops, next to a pool or spa, or even in kitchen and bathroom areas. Most decks can be easily installed in a couple of hours. When compared with the prep, layout, set-up and construction of a traditional deck it’s easy to see why Kontiki Deck Tiles are a popular solution. Most importantly, the floor is completely reusable - just unsnap the deck tiles in one location and re-snap them in another.
During the design phase of this product, our technical staff focused on one key principle - "in addition to experienced renovators, people with limited construction knowledge must be able to install the tiles by themselves and most importantly they must have fun!" Installing Snapping Deck Tiles is extremely easy and quick due to our innovative our plastic base design. You can build your deck within a matter of hours - not days - and enjoy it immediately.
Snapping Deck Tiles, manufactured by KONTIKI, are environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable.
As one of the leading metal and wood factories for more than a decade, KONTIKI passionately creates Snapping Deck Tiles of exceptional quality while keeping to its mantra that the natural environment must be always protected. These tiles are made from non-endangered shorea hardwood.
KONTIKI is actively managing its tree farms and other natural resources. In the Dac Lac province alone there are over 200 tree plantations that supply eucalyptus, shorea, and teak for their factories. The eucalyptus and teak are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. Shorea is plentiful, considered non-endangered, and approved by the government for harvest, and they are re-planting it in areas where it is harvested.
KONTIKI makes its own hardware, fittings, and plastic bases for the tiles from recyclable materials.
